Summer Intern - Web Anime Social Media

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: July 2026 (ASAP)
Internship Duration: 3-month minimum
Time/Days Required: Approximately 10 hours per week
Workplace Requirements: Fully remote

We are looking for a social media intern who genuinely loves anime culture, follows online trends, and wants hands-on experience helping launch an original entertainment IP.

Internship Responsibilities
1. Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
2. Reach out to potential influencers to inquire about collaboration opportunities, rates, and partnership formats
3. Organize influencer information and outreach progress in spreadsheets and follow up on potential collaborations
4. Schedule and publish content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Webtoon, and other assigned platforms
5. Write captions, select relevant hashtags, and determine appropriate posting times based on the content calendar
6. Engage daily with anime, Webtoon, and related entertainment accounts through likes, comments, follows, and replies
7. Respond to audience comments and support ongoing community engagement
8. Track daily performance data across platforms, including views, likes, comments, and other engagement metrics
9. Help identify high-performing content and provide insights that can inform future content direction
Coordinate with the production and marketing team on content rollout

Ideal Candidate
We would love to hear from applicants who:

1. Follow anime trends and online fandom culture closely
2. Are active on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, or Discord
3. Have experience managing social media accounts or publishing content across multiple platforms
4. Have strong written communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to influencers
5. Are organized and comfortable maintaining spreadsheets and tracking performance data
6. Have prior experience editing short-form videos or reels
7. Are interested in how technology and entertainment are evolving together
8. Are creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly online
