Overview:

We are looking for a detailed and organized person to join “The Kramer Show” on Mix 106-5. The ideal person will be a true Jill or Jack of all trades, mostly happy behind the scenes helping the host(s) shine, but also able to step into the spotlight and shine with them when needed, while handling several roles central to the show.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Creative Mind: We create and execute personality and people-intensive content every day. You will help brainstorm and/or create great story lines and plot lines to generate audience engagement and reaction.
• Production Capable: Every day you’ll be responsible for gathering audio, editing, and uploading show highlights to our podcast channel and our automation system.
• Show Director: You’ll need to help keep the show “on task” whether it’s during or after the show, with content, appearances, interviews, guests. You’ll also be in-studio screening calls and editing for air.
