Audacy's corporate headquarters is seeking an Office Coordinator!
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Point Person for the following
• Ordering supplies – office & printer
• Scheduler of printer maintenance
• Building maintenance staff
• Building security
• Move coordinator between vendors
• Manage 2400 seating chart for all 300 seats
• Coordinate new employee set up and orientation
• Coordinate both Corporate and Broadcast guests visits with building and internal staff
• Coordinate conference room schedules, maintain current knowledge on all conference room equipment
• Coordinate caterers for food and drink needs for meetings
• Coordinate receptionist / day porter roles and schedule for the week
• Be a stand in for receptionist if one is out
• Manage mail / FedEx / Staples accounts for the company
• Identify and Implement areas of savings for procurement processes
• Negotiate and manage outside vendor contracts
• Monitor of common spaces
• Concierge for any radio guests / celebrities with station management
• Coordinator/Implementer for events for Corporate playing key role in gathering requirements from Corporate staff
• Coordinator/Implementer for live events for Broadcast playing key role in gathering requirements from Broadcast Management and Promotions team
• Safety coordinator for visiting guests and celebrities
• Manage kitchen cleanliness
• Manager of facility Help Desk requests
• Coordinator of cleaning concerns with building
Qualifications
More About You:
Required and Preferred:
• 2-5 years office administrative experience
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
• Organizational skills
• Be able to work independently and work as a team with minimal supervision
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Outgoing and personable
• High energy and comfortability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have the skill set and ability to work with a multilevel work force with widely diverse personalities
