Job Description:
Audacy San Francisco’s exciting digital division is on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts! The anticipated starting salary range for San Francisco/California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $150,000-$170,000.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do (and why you'll love it):
• Be a Digital Strategist: Collaborate with your team of Audacy Account Executives to personally consult local and regional businesses. You'll dive deep into their needs and aspirations, crafting tailored digital solutions that empower them to thrive.
• Drive Growth: Execute a powerful business plan and sales strategy, ensuring the attainment of ambitious digital revenue goals. Your success is our success!
• Champion Innovation: Continuously train on the cutting-edge Audacy sales process, products, and operations. You'll be at the forefront of digital trends.
• Influence Product Development: Provide invaluable feedback to our internal Digital Agency, directly impacting the evolution of our product offerings and overall market positioning.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Provide ongoing consultation to sold clients, ensuring their campaigns are performing exceptionally and their businesses are booming.
• Lead and Inspire: Achieve market-leading digital sales goals, educate sales managers and account executives on exciting digital tools, and contribute to hiring and managing digitally savvy sales talent to maximize our digital revenue.
• Unleash Creativity: Develop innovative digital programs for client presentations and create groundbreaking solutions to deliver on clients’ KPIs.
Qualifications
More About You:
• 4 years of media-related experience selling digital platforms and previous sales management experience are a must. Bonus points if you have prior radio experience!
• Familiarity with prevailing internet technologies like OTT, streaming media, ad tagging, Flash, podcasting, blogging, RSS, etc., means you speak our language.
• Developing and conducting training sessions for our team of sellers.
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to effortlessly multi-task, and a knack for meeting deadlines are essential.
• You're proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and can craft polished, impactful sales presentations that wow clients.
• Your excellent presentation skills are matched by strong written and oral communication skills.
• A 4-year degree is preferred, but your experience speaks volumes.
Required & Preferred:
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
