As a Digital Account Executive, you'll work with a powerful suite of products that spans the entire customer journey—from building brand awareness to driving conversions and customer acquisition. Qualifications
More About You:
• Proven Sales Success: 4 years of digital media or advertising sales experience with a track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue goals.
• Hunter Mentality: You thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions, including programmatic, search, social, video, and audience targeting.
• Strategic & Consultative Approach: You uncover client challenges, develop customized solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Executive Presence: Confident presenting to business owners, marketing leaders, and C-suite decision-makers while simplifying complex digital strategies.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide recommendations and prove performance.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills that drive long-term partnerships.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Salary/Benefits
$65,000 - $110,000 /year USD
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
