This is a Full Time Job
Audacy Greensboro is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is an organized, creative, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support the local programming and sales departments for WJMH, WPAW, WQMG, and WSMW. This is a full-time position that includes duties supporting sales, client partnerships, programming, marketing and promotions initiatives. This high-energy position works closely with other departments and clients while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Work with the sales department to assist with client-facing needs covering a variety of elements for multi-platform campaigns, client outreach, sales meetings, event information, etc.
• Assist with planning and execution of station partnerships for client and station campaigns.
• Work with Brand Managers to help plan and execute station listener initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site.
• Work with regional team to coordinate and attend station events, implement and execute set-up for station visibility.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Brand Managers, DOS, or Market Manager.
• Position reports to DOS.
Qualifications

• Ambitious, energetic and proactive self-starter who possesses excellent organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly dependable multi-tasker with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate a professional acumen in oral and written communications.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of media/sales/promotion software including but not limited to Vibes, Aptivada, PromoSuite, WideOrbit and vCreative, is preferred.
• Graphics and video editing experience desirable (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
• Occasional night or weekend work required.
Required & Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degreeand/or equivalent experience and training is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and/or ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
