This position reports to the Director, Podcast Partner Operations and is part of the Digital Business Operations team, focusing on day-to-day operations for Audacy Podcast partnerships. The candidate will support internal projects and partner-related responsibilities, helping to optimize the onboarding process, manage the podcast network database, track partner contractual terms, and develop resources to assist the Partner Ops team.

Responsibilities:
• Build and develop project deliverables to ensure performance, providing direction and motivation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve goals.
• Oversee the onboarding and execution of partner contracts.
• Regularly review analytics for podcast partners, identifying trends, highlights, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proven analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with audio content systems and measurement platforms like Megaphone, Omny, Google Analytics, DOMO, Triton, and AmperWave.

Preferred:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in broadcast radio, digital audio streaming, or audio engineering.
• Experience in project management and successfully leading projects.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary is $16.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on education, experience, and skills.
