About the Role:
Senior Project Managers at ATTN: are responsible for ensuring successful project delivery in Branded Partnership and Agency projects. They oversee project workstreams, aligning internal stakeholders, and providing guidance to Project Managers. Working closely with Client Services, they ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget, leading multiple projects independently.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day project status with minimal oversight and communicate priorities to team members
• Ensure smooth workflows, with clear responsibilities and expectations for team members
• Incorporate ATTN: systems (Kantata, Asana, Google Drive, Smartsheet) into all projects
• Collaborate with account, strategy, creative, production, and sales teams
• Track assets and deliverables, maintaining organized folder structures
• Develop and implement quality control processes across all project specifications
• Schedule internal meetings, take detailed notes, and outline actionable next steps
• Develop timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met by both internal and external teams
• Juggle multiple projects and assist senior Project Managers on larger initiatives
• Work independently to anticipate and solve problems internally and with clients
• Pull burn reports and partner with Client Services to outline action items
Who You Are:
• 5+ years of experience managing 360 campaigns
• Proficient with project management tools (Kantata, Asana, Harvest, Smartsheet, MS Office/Google Suite)
• Comfortable presenting in client-facing settings
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator across various platforms (in-person, email, video calls)
• Knowledgeable about video/photo production and post-production
• Organized, with a concise communication style and a positive attitude
• Passionate about working in a growing team and improving processes
Compensation:
Weekly pay ranges from $2,100 to $2,400. The position is an 8-week freelance engagement, with potential for extension or full-time conversion. Based in Los Angeles, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and as needed.
