Talent Operations Coordinator
ATN Entertainment
Remote, USThis is a Full Time Job
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely interested in learning the business side of talent representation. Previous experience at a talent management company, talent agency, or casting office is helpful, but it is not required.
The person hired will initially be trained in these primary areas:
• Managing Breakdown Services submissions for ATN's full client roster.
• Reviewing new television and film breakdowns, identifying the appropriate clients for each role, and completing submissions according to ATN's established guidelines.
• Creating and updating the To Be Pitched document three times each business day so that priority roles and clients can be pitched promptly.
• Helping maintain the Daily Audition Report by tracking auditions, projects, roles, deadlines, sources, and other required information.
Additional starting responsibilities will include monitoring client submission requests, maintaining accurate internal records, communicating completed work and pending items to ATN staff, and immediately flagging anything that may affect a deadline.
ATN will provide detailed training in:
• Breakdown Services and Actors Access
• Television and feature-film role classifications
• Selecting appropriate clients for specific roles
• Union categories and project types
• Production locations, casting markets, and local-hire requirements
• Client-specific submission instructions
• Identifying roles and clients that should be pitched
• Daily audition tracking
• ATN's internal systems and quality-control procedures
This is a detail-heavy position involving a high volume of time-sensitive work. The successful candidate must be able to learn specific procedures, follow them consistently, and maintain accuracy while moving quickly.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written communication and proofreading ability
• The ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Good judgment and a willingness to ask questions when something is unclear
• The ability to prioritize assignments and meet firm deadlines
• Comfort working with email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and online platforms
• Reliability, accountability, and consistent follow-through
• Discretion with confidential client and company information
• A genuine interest in talent management, casting, or the entertainment industry
Familiarity with Actors Access, Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, IMDbPro, Google Workspace, Dropbox, or Slack is a plus, but it is not required. We are prepared to train the right person.
There is significant room for growth within this position, and the advancement path has already been established. Once the coordinator demonstrates accuracy and consistency with submissions, pitch preparation, and audition tracking, training can expand into client materials, headshots and reels, onboarding, pitch development, roster maintenance, intern oversight, and broader talent-management responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business, grow with the company, and gradually take on a larger role within ATN Entertainment.
Salary/Benefits
This is a full-time, entry-level position with hands-on training and a defined path for advancement. Starting pay for the first 90 days will be the applicable federal, state, or local minimum wage for the employee's primary work location, whichever is highest.
This will serve as an introductory training period. Once the employee has completed that period and can independently handle the position's core responsibilities, ATN will conduct an evaluation/review and discuss the employee's ongoing role and pay.
Completion of the introductory period does not guarantee a specific increase. Any adjustment will be based on performance, level of independence, responsibilities, and work location. The position offers substantial room for growth into additional talent-operations and management responsibilities.
