This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Job Title: Summer Internship - Talent Management & Production
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 7pm PST Slots & Evening and Weekend Slots
Job Description: All interns applying must respect and treat this as a real job. These are all important positions, as our clients put their careers in our hands and we will be depending on you to perform with competence and be able to be relied on. We will arrange a schedule that works for you.
Reliability in this position keeps our company running smoothly. Remember, you are not working for free; your compensation is not only school credits, but a wealth of knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry which can bring you closer to paid positions in the field you are looking to be a part of.

Our interns work as a team and assist in all areas of the company that involve management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Creating audition emails
• Spreadsheet upkeep in relation to self-tape auditions, confirmations, uploading tapes
• Submitting clients on Breakdowns
• Creating email pitches to send to casting directors
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• etc.
Familiarity with Breakdowns, Actors Access, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, Casting App, CastIt!, Slack, Google Suite, iMovie, all basic technologies, etc. is a HUGE plus! If not, we will train!
We do teach our interns how to use Breakdowns so they'll have that on their resumes, and are able to assist in the submission area if/when needed.
We ask that our interns work a minimum of 30 hours / week. Very interested in more time as you can learn a lot more and will be more valuable to us.
Internship Earliest Start Date/Season: May 1st, 2025
Internship Duration: May 1st - Aug 15th, 2025 (depending on school, etc.
Workplace Requirements: Remote
MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT OR SOMETHING EQUIVALENT.
Ww regularly hire out of our intern pool! Do well!
