ATN Entertainment is a talent management and production company located in Hollywood, CA. We are seeking an experienced literary/production coordinator to work with the Head of Development of ATN Productions in operating the literary and production side of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self starting work attitude
-Ability to read a script and write coverage quickly
-Understand how to give constructive development notes
-Comfortable communicating with other professionals in the industry
-Comfortable building a relationship with clients
-Ability to stay one step ahead of industry mandates, slates, news, etc.
-Works well in a high volume environment
-Ability to prioritize and manage time and tasks
-Experience with dropbox, google docs, spreadsheets, etc.
DUTIES
-Assist Head of Development on all Literary / Development To Dos.
-Read, understand, and support all ATN Literary and Productions projects on the company's slate
-Must have industry knowledge in order to create and execute pitch plans. Each development project will require a grid with gathered contact information for the auspices and production companies to pitch.
-Communicating via email, zoom, phone with other professionals in the industry and ATN clients
-Knowledge and experience with packaging projects to be pitched
-Provide coverage and development notes on all requested client and ATN production materials, coverage turnaround deadline 48 hours.
-Manage the ATN Productions/ATN Development Grid and keep up-to-date, in real time, daily.
-Make sure all relevant info from tracking boards and trades (new exec contact information, development mandates, writing submissions, festival submissions, etc) is plugged into ATN grids and databases.
-Check Literary email daily, read and/or delegate for coverage, turnaround deadline: 48 hours. Respond to those we're considering within 2 weeks, at most. Flag rather keep emails ''as new''. Inbox should not have new emails by EOD, every day.
-Research for ATN Literary and Production projectsUpdate ATN Productions calendar daily with all deadlines/expiration dates associated with ATN Productions projects and all other pertinent info, i.e., meetings, follow-up outreach, etc.
-Flag and forward time-sensitive opportunities for our clients from tracking boards.
-Create a spreadsheet of all annual festivals and writer's workshops, submission deadlines and make sure we are submitting our -clients/projects for all applicable opportunities. All submissions with fees attached, go over with the client to make sure they are submitting. -Create a spreadsheet that tracks all client submissions.
-Assign script coverage to interns and save/share coverage
