Intern - Production

This is a Freelance Unpaid Internship

THIS INTERNSHIP MUST BE UTILIZED FOR COLLEGE CREDIT!

We are seeking an intern who is available Monday through Friday for a minimum of five hours per day, with an ideal start date around May 1, 2025. While this date is flexible, we are looking to begin training as soon as possible, followed by an immediate transition into the role.

ATN Entertainment, a thriving talent management and production company, is seeking a motivated, fast-paced intern to assist the CEO directly and work within our active production division. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone serious about building a career in entertainment, particularly in management or production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and Zoom sessions
* Support client scheduling alongside theatrical assistant
* Participate heavily in production activities for our in-house production company
* Liaise with clients, business associates, and internal personnel
* Read and cover client material; assist with project development and coverage as needed
* Work on special projects and administrative tasks with impeccable follow-through

* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Mac proficient)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and resourcefulness
* Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
* Eagerness to learn, with a genuine interest in the entertainment industry - ideally in talent management or production
* Strong character, maturity, and a collaborative spirit
* Enthusiastic about working closely and communicating constantly with the CEO
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively seek additional tasks or projects when bandwidth allows.

This is a busy, challenging internship for someone who wants real responsibility, real industry exposure, and the opportunity to grow into a potential management-track position.
