-Managing CEO's calendar
-Moderate rolling calls and managing call log
-Help maintain client calendars along with theatrical assistant
This desk is busy and needs someone to hit the ground running. Successful candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, organized, with a high level of initiative, and excellent communication skills, are very important. Must have at least one-year desk experience, a desire to work in entertainment industry, preferably as management, and eagerness to learn, strong character, a keen ability to maintain calm under pressure is important, technologically savvy, skilled at multitasking, problem-solving, processing checks, tracking deals, covering and reading client material, interacting with clients, this is a high-volume, client-facing position. This is a great position for someone looking to grow and work toward being a talent manager, working on special projects as needed, liaising with all levels of personnel, including clients and business associates, potential to be promoted to Junior Manager within 1 - 2 years, impeccable follow-through, an elevated degree of multi-tasking, a sharp focus for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, smart, articulate, and detail-oriented and can appreciate working with passionate and driven individuals. Those with an interest in management and representation are encouraged to apply. Strong administrative (Mac proficient), organizational, and communication skills required.
