This is a Full Time Job
This is a completely remote, entry-level, full-time position (40 hours/week) starting at minimum wage for the first three months. After that period, there will be an evaluation to determine potential adjustments based on performance and company needs.
We're looking for someone who is very passionate about actors and genuinely excited to help shape and support their careers. This is a great opportunity to grow with a busy, well-established management company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submit a roster of approximately 95 clients daily on Breakdown Express (for TV and Film projects).
• Be very familiar with navigating Breakdowns, reading project details, and filtering submissions appropriately.
• Review client headshots and reels and provide thoughtful, constructive edit notes.
• Help create looks/concepts for upcoming headshot shoots tailored to each client's type and current market needs.
• Review daily client submissions and contribute to a master email list (2 - 3X/day) outlining all clients who require targeted pitch emails.
• Work in collaboration with interns and help delegate certain administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to ensure no client falls through the cracks.
