How do I hire an Assistant to CEO? Duties include:
-Managing CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls and Zoom
-Moderate rolling calls and managing call log
-Help maintain client calendars along with theatrical assistant
This desk is busy and needs someone to hit the ground running. Successful candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, organized, with a high level of initiative, and excellent communication skills, are very important. Constant communication with CEO. Must have at least two-year desk experience, a desire to work in the entertainment industry, preferably in management, and eagerness to learn, strong character, a keen ability to maintain calm under pressure is important, technologically savvy, problem-solving, processing checks, tracking deals, covering and reading client material, interacting with clients. This is a high-volume, client-facing position. This is a great position for someone looking to grow and work toward being a manager, working on special projects as needed, liaising with all levels of personnel, including clients and business associates, impeccable follow-through, an elevated degree of multi-tasking, a sharp focus for detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, smart, articulate and can appreciate working with passionate and driven individuals.
