Talent Manager - New York & East Coast Division
Anchor Talent Management | Remote Position
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a professional roster of actors;
* Create individualized career-development strategies based on each client's experience, strengths, professional image, and long-term goals;
* Advise clients on appropriate headshots, résumés, demo reels, casting profiles, training, and other professional materials;
* Help clients strengthen their professional branding, presentation, and market readiness;
* Communicate with clients regarding auditions, callbacks, availability, professional materials, and career-related updates;
* Coordinate with clients' licensed talent agents and qualified entertainment attorneys regarding submissions, employment opportunities, and contract matters;
* Maintain professional relationships with licensed agents, casting professionals, producers, directors, acting coaches, photographers, and other industry professionals;
* Track client auditions, callbacks, bookings, materials, and overall professional progress;
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and communications
* Stay informed about production activity, casting trends, training opportunities, and developments affecting actors in the New York and East Coast markets;
* Participate in company meetings and contribute to Anchor Talent Management's continued growth;
* Perform all responsibilities professionally, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Qualifications
* Strong interest in talent management and the entertainment industry;
* Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities;
* Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines;
* Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment;
* Professional, dependable, discreet, and relationship-oriented;
* Comfortable providing constructive guidance and feedback to actors;
* Familiarity with casting procedures, self-tape practices, and entertainment-industry terminology is preferred;
* Existing professional relationships within the New York or East Coast entertainment market are a plus;
* Previous experience in talent management, a licensed talent agency, casting, production, or a related entertainment field is preferred but not required;
* Willingness to learn and comply with company policies and all applicable legal and professional requirements

Salary/Benefits
Commission-based with a great split.
