We are seeking a motivated Talent Manager to help oversee and grow our presence in the New York and East Coast market. This is a remote position ideal for someone passionate about the entertainment industry who enjoys working with actors and building relationships with casting professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and developing a roster of talent
Submitting clients for auditions
Communicating with casting directors and industry professionals
Providing career guidance and helping clients secure opportunities in television, film, and commercial projects
Qualifications:
Strong interest in the entertainment industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Entertainment industry experience preferred, but not required
Salary/Benefits
Commission-based with a 50/50 split.
