Our fast-paced, bi-coastal Talent Agency is continuing to add to our Los Angeles office team!
Candidates should be proactive, have stellar communication skills, and a can-do attitude -- you will be wearing many hats so the ability to problem solve, think quickly on your feet, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must!
This position has room for immediate growth, and needs someone who is ready to learn fast and jump into the world of entertainment! You will gain connections from coast to coast as well as a multifaceted perspective of the business.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- fielding all phone calls for the office and greeting visitors (actors, buyers, etc.)
- filing, organizing and other general office duties (ordering supplies, re-stocking, handling mail, managing outside vendors, etc.)
- assisting agents and agent assistants with auditions, scheduling, paperwork, and more as needed and assigned
This is a great entry-level position opportunity for someone who is motivated, friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and hungry to learn! Prior industry experience is not required (though is a plus).
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with 1-2 years of experience in entertainment (internships included), general office experience, or a retail/customer service background.
Equal opportunity employer
