Senior Lead, Retail Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proven retail leader to drive excellence in our store operations and team performance. As a Sr. Lead Brand Ambassador, you will guide our Brand Ambassadors in delivering our S.M.I.L.E. service culture - Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment - while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Retail Lead Brand Ambassadors and Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Conduct training sessions and refreshers on products, sales techniques, and service standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support growth opportunities.

Guest Experience
• Promote sales by actively engaging with guests, answering questions, and demonstrating merchandise.
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for guests and team members.
• Adapt to a variety of guest interactions and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Operational Excellence
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Review daily sales summaries, monitor inventory levels, and recommend restocks.
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

Merchandising & Visual Presentation
• Execute visual merchandising plans, including window and sales floor displays.
• Originate creative display ideas to attract guests and highlight key products.

Required Skills
& Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 10+ in retail, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Flexible schedule - must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and 80% of scheduled events monthly.
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
