Job Description:
The Coordinator, Partnership Measurement & Insights position will support the Global Partnerships Department at large within the Partnership Development & Insights vertical supporting State Farm Arena, Atlanta Hawks, and College Park Skyhawks sponsorships. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Partnership Operations & Insights, and work alongside the other members of the Partnership Development & Insights team, both the Partnership Sales and Partnership Activation departments, and various internal departments such as Hawks Marketing and Hawks iQ (Analytics Team).
Core Responsibilities:
Partnership Measurement & Insights
• Aggregate and analyze data – including asset performance, fan surveys, media exposure, and brand indexing – to support partner pitches, prospecting, and recaps
• Collaborate with Sales and Activation teams to integrate insights into partner and prospect onboarding, aligning data with client KPIs and partnership storytelling
• Develop and distribute monthly internal reports highlighting key metrics related to partners, fan engagement, and team performance
• Design and execute post-event surveys tailored to partnership objectives, delivering actionable insights to guide future strategies
• Collaborate with Hawks iQ to deploy supplemental surveys throughout the year to generate deeper audience understanding and support strategic partnership initiatives
• Maintain and regularly update the partnership measurement reference guide and fulfill ad hoc data requests
• Manage relationships with external data providers such as Nielsen, Relo Metrics, and others to support departmental needs
• Assist in maintaining the Global Partnership Performance Tableau Dashboard with up-to-date performance data
• Partner with the Partnership Trafficking Coordinator and HawksiQ teams to ingest reports into Tableau and support real-time campaign optimization
• Catalog and organize all brand health data and maintain a centralized insights library for easy access and reference
• Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends in fan behavior, media valuation, and sponsorship performance to inform strategic planning
• Support sales prospecting and renewal efforts by delivering data-backed insights, including consumer comparisons, historical performance trends, and category-specific benchmarks
• Represent the Partnership Measurement & Insights function in external meetings by delivering tailored insights such as brand indexing and fan survey results to support the full sales lifecycle
• Create sales enablement materials such as audience demographic primers, insight decks, and Tableau dashboards to enhance storytelling and performance visualization
• Facilitate internal education sessions and help create supporting materials to promote strategic understanding and consistent application of measurement insights across teams
• Monitor and evaluate partnership asset delivery and campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities through white space analysis and survey coordination
• Synthesize insights from multiple tools and platforms to assess partner value and inform future planning and strategy
• Develop year-round measurement strategies for key partners, aligning with their KPIs to uncover trends and generate actionable insights that drive mutual success
Partnership Media & Signage Trafficking
• Support media and signage trafficking efforts by assisting with the scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of partnership assets including but not limited TV, web, digital, and in-venue platforms
Additional Duties
• Assist department as needed with game and event night responsibilities
• Assist with department special events as needed
• Other duties as they may be assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship analytics, or a related role within the sports or entertainment industry preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, challenge assumptions, and develop thoughtful, data-informed solutions
• Experience in creating compelling data visualizations and dashboards that support storytelling and performance reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with CRM and sponsorship platforms such as KORE is preferred
• Familiarity with third-party research and measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, Relo Metrics, YouGov, Vision Insights) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic, creative, and solutions-oriented thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed based on departmental priorities
• Limited travel may be required
This position may require operating a company vehicle or driving as part of regular job duties. All employees in such roles must have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of three (3) years.
