RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Assist in planning entertainment and activations for all Atlanta Hawks games
• Schedule and lead team of stage managers on game nights
• Assist in writing of gameday scripts
• Lead rehearsal of all in game contests
• Oversee all in-game prizing, props, and giveaway inventory
• Act as primary liaison with rigging, pyrotechnics, and lighting vendors
• Oversee and maintain CO2 and cryo equipment
• Research of innovative ideas to improve and enhance game operations elements
• Work with Building Operations team to build game memos and overviews
• Maintain cleanliness of arena storage space
• Assist with video production for elements to be used on gameday
• Assist with planning and activation of special events such as road game watch parties & draft party
• Support entertainment teams as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-4 years of game operations experience at the collegiate or professional level
• Available to work various hours including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
• Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• The ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Experience with CO2 equipment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
