Personal Skills:
• Support day-to-day asset management operations such as ingestion, distribution, permissions, and metadata governance of the organization's MAM (Iconik)
• Work closely with Live Production team on Hawks gamedays to ensure that all game content is ingested into the MAM
• Responsible for preservation and archival cataloging efforts of the historical asset library
• Organize, ingest, and add metadata to current physical archive or photos, videos, and promo material
• Communicate with Studios, Social, and Marketing partners around their media needs
• Review asset uploads from contract contributors and third-party vendors to ensure they follow approved metadata, structured naming standards, and content upload processes
• Archiving and retrieving content per the needs of Hawks Studios, Social, and Marketing
Qualifications:
• Comfortable working with media collections, metadata curation, digital deliverables, and asset management systems in both video and still photography mediums
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, print and interactive image production, and digital video technologies (including video production workflows)
• Familiar with Audio/Video/Image containers, codecs, and file formats
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Work well under pressure and with tight turnaround times
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills, solid interpersonal skills, strong communicator, high attention to detail, excellent time management skills
Education and Job Experience:
• College education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required)
• Extensive knowledge of MacOS systems strongly preferred
• Creative Services post-production experience a plus
