Over the past few years our ownership group has worked diligently to make the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena a critical asset in Downtown Atlanta. They invested capital by renovating State Farm Arena into a state-of-the-art building for live events. They also found ways of involving themselves in the community by turning State Farm Arena into a voting location, creating opportunities for economic empowerment in under-privileged areas, and many other community initiatives. In creating this strong community brand, we are entering a period of significant growth over the next several years. With this, our Premium Club Sales Managers will be instrumental in selling our exclusive club inventory inside of State Farm Arena to the business community.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Contribute to and build incremental revenue streams, which primarily focus on selling Memberships in our premium club spaces in State Farm Arena to businesses in the Metro Atlanta market.
• Responsible for generating revenue through the rental of Party, Hospitality and Private Suites for all State Farm Arena events.
• Execute all aspects of Suite Rental process, secure rental agreements, and payments.
• Generating leads through prospecting and networking, as well as contacting leads assigned through CRM.
• Engage prospects and follow through sales process to include face to face meetings and appointments.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts for Premium Sales and Suite Rentals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients prior to and during events.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong sales and service background preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, self-starter

• Able to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as necessary
Education
/Experience:
• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum three (3) years sales experience is required; B2B sales experience preferred
