Who are we: A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena/entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. Some of our favorite things are live sports, concerts, comedy shows, family shows, and most any other world-class event you can think of, and we're looking for someone who shares the same interests. What is Capturelife?

The Atlanta Hawks strive to continue to push boundaries and enhance the experience of our fans while they are in our arena! Capturelife is a new experience offered to fans to enhance their experience by offering digital assets directly sent to their mobile devices.

Capturelife is a progressive web application that allows for delivery, engagement, and monetization of digital assets (photos, video stories, etc.) via mobile device, (aka our guests will be able to interact with a professional photographer and have their professional photos dropped to their phone for seamless post ability).

Guest & Fan Experience will play a significant role in delivering a world-class, end-to-end guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include being an integral part of the implementation and the continued management of Capturelife as an ongoing experience offered to the fans:

Specifically, the Photographer, Capturelife Team will be responsible for the following:
• Work alongside a fan engagement member educating and asking for participation in the experience.
• Troubleshooting any problems that occur during the process when it comes to the equipment on hand.
• Photograph fans who participate in the experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Require Skills/Abilities:
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to report to work no later than 5:30 for weekday events.
• Comfortable making guests and teammates feel you are happy to see them, regardless of distractions.
• Understanding of SLR cameras preferred but not required.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:
• 1 years previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check

Wage Rate:

Hourly Wage starts at $16/hr.
