POSITION OVERVIEW
There will be two William Bartholomay Summer Fellows- one working within the ACE (Arts, Culture, & Entertainment) Marketing Department and one working in the Operations Department. Both Fellows will work hands-on within their designated department in addition to receiving learning and development opportunities to establish the tools necessary for leading and operating business within a major league sports franchise.
The Fellow will work directly with leaders within that department on a variety of projects and ongoing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of each team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• ACE Marketing
• Assist with the logistics of legacy celebration nights
• Research trends within sports, pop culture, entertainment, and diverse audiences
• Support Los Bravos marketing initiatives
• Operations
• Assist with day-to-day operations within Truist Park including games, concerts, and special events
• Support Gameday and Part-Time staff engagement and recognition efforts
• Research industry best practices and opportunities for improvement
• General Tasks
• Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
• Assist with the project management of special projects which may include compiling presentations, setting meeting agendas, adhering to project deadlines, etc.
• Acts as a liaison with other leaders, departments, outside agencies, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Rising Junior or Senior, May 2026 Graduate, or current Grad School student
• Availability to work in-office in Atlanta from May through August
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong executive presence
• Experience presenting in front of executives, key stakeholders, or other audiences
• Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
