Description:
The Athletics are currently seeking an Assistant, Marketing Project Coordination. This role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team by managing email campaign schedules, advertising campaign schedules, creative projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing department with project management, including day-to-day processes of campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain project management tools. Train new users and work with support teams to customize/optimize tools as needed.
• Attend weekly meetings for various internal clients to understand the scope of marketing's organizational needs.
• Assign projects to in-house Graphic Designers, Videographers, and Copywriters.
• Track project timelines, budgets and resources as assigned.
• Manage Marketing shared folders to incorporate all final briefs, presentations, media plans and recaps.
• Develop and implement process efficiencies in an effort to streamline workflow and drive brand marketing.
• Coordinate asset trafficking for digital/social media campaigns.
• Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, meet requirements, align with brand standards, and are delivered on time
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Willing and able to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
• Basic understanding of media assets, including stadium, digital, and social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in project management software; Asana preferred.
• Willing and able to work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong project management skills with the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to support the organization's goals.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills, tools, and processes to enhance performance.
