You have minimal experience, but a great desire to work in the field of animation, illustrations and mobile games.
We are looking for a talented and proactive person who can be flexible, loves and wants to communicate a lot and productively and sale!
The Sales Manager will ensure existing relationships with key accounts are maintained effectively, drive sales across these existing accounts, and provide customer support on a range of products.
You must be able to work well with a team whose experts approach the problem from different perspectives, but you will be expected to challenge and improve the way we operate.
You will become an indispensable part of our cool team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constantly learning our services, how they are delivered and the value they offer for clients.
- Deliver key KPI's in line with the 2019 the business plan, including; point of sale revenue, future revenue, staff cost budgets, productivity, agent performance and attendance
- Generate new leads by searching organisations/agencies or individuals and having the resilience to get in front of those people.
- Proactive work style; ability to take initiative and work well within a busy vibrant sales environment.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Excellent presentation skills and good sales ability.
- Sociability and ability to work in a team.
- You must have a practical approach to work and must be are ready to just get things done when needed.
