Job Title: Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA (San Fernando Valley area)
Employment Type: Subcontractor
Compensation: $2,500/month retainer (Entry-Level)

We are a small, fun, and collaborative team with a passion for the entertainment industry and a drama-free, calm work environment. We're looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing & Executive Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, CA, to help us expand our digital presence and assist the Chief Strategy Officer with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Utilize tools like Canva, Filmora (or similar), and Hootsuite to create and schedule posts.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow Badanamu's YouTube video and song streaming income and expand its fanbase.
• Optimize SEO for videos and songs, ensuring they align with modern social media algorithms.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies to avoid shadow banning or algorithm penalties.
• Maintain a focus on targeting mothers of young children aged 5 and under.
2. Executive Assistant Duties
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
3. Music & Video Distribution
• Complete song distribution sheets for partners like The Orchard.
• Monitor and optimize YouTube for Kids channels to maximize exposure, plays, and income.
Requirements
• Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, and social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or similar (experience with Filmora is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with modern social media algorithms and strategies to expand brand visibility.
• Knowledge of YouTube for Kids and techniques for maximizing channel performance.
• Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Patience, professionalism, and a team-player mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Previous experience managing social media for entertainment or education brands.
• A clear understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with music distribution or similar workflows.
