ASPECT, the North Hollywood based motion picture marketing agency with over 40 years of servicing Hollywood's biggest projects, is seeking a detailed-oriented Office Manager to join our team!
The Office Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with our Executive Director of Culture and other administrative departments to execute varied tasks related to keeping our company moving smoothly.
No day is the same and each moment of the day brings new challenges. The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, organized, persistent, detail oriented, hard-working and will go over and above expectations to deliver consistent results in a timely manner.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing, training and supervision of post-production assistants.
Execute COVID-19 safety protocols within our office space working closely with Director of Operations and Director of Human Resources to implement updates.
Serve as a point of contact for various building vendors including plant maintenance and service, building landlord and engineering, etc.
Coordinate facilities management & maintenance (malfunctioning doors, hardware).
Manage and assess janitorial needs across the office.
Serve as project manager for any office moves and construction related projects.
Assist with maintaining the interior design of the office and outdoor spaces.
Responsible for office furniture sourcing, ordering, placement, and movement.
Manage food and beverage ordering, internal office events & catering
Coordinate employee recognition events (anniversaries/birthdays/life events/promotions) in collaboration with the Executive Director of Culture.
Maintain supply and coordinate ordering of company branded materials (printing services, branded clothing, etc) and other office supplies.
Coordinate with Human Resources on employee onboarding/offboarding
Qualifications:
Managerial experience overseeing a team of 4+ direct reports.
2-3 years of experience managing an office space.
Experience in a post-production environment a plus.
