Music Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

The Music Coordinator will report to the Director of Music. This position will interface with various departments within Aspect, as well as direct relations with our studio marketing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create cue sheets for Theatrical, TV/Streaming, Home Entertainment, and Immersive Media (Video Games) projects.
Communicate professionally with studio clients to deliver cue sheets and music assets in a timely manner.
Use research tools such as Source Audio, PRO repertoires, DISCO, and other sources to track down info for cue sheets.
Organize and update the cleared cues for streaming and theatrical campaigns
Request, tag, and ingest various music assets
Update, organize, and help maintain our music servers. Manage music submissions from libraries, labels, publishers, etc.
Assist the Director of Music and Music Supervisor with administrative and creative requests as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Must maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with cue sheets a HUGE plus.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Works collaboratively and proactively with multiple teams.
Passionate about sync and the role that music plays in storytelling
Should be a fast learner, especially with technology and software programs
Working knowledge or experience in the music/entertainment industry preferred.
Must have solid knowledge of synchronization, performance, and master rights.
Experience with Premiere and Excel preferred.
Experience with Sourceaudio and DISCO is a plus.

LOCATION
North Hollywood, CA. Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - In Office)
