Motion Graphics Coordinator

Aspect is seeking an exceptional Motion Graphics Coordinator to join our award-winning team. They will work closely with the graphics producing team to review and execute all client quests. The motion graphics coordinator will interact with Aspect's internal creative teams including editorial, theatrical producing, games and finishing. The ideal candidate is passionate about motion graphics and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Receive, research and track graphic requests from intake through final delivery.
Schedule and assign tasks to artists, assessing priority and timelines.
Monitor production pipeline to ensure smooth operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between producing teams (including immersive media), editorial, and graphic artists, translating requirements into actionable design tasks.
Attend campaign-related meetings, documenting decisions and distributing notes
Facilitate the exchange of assets and elements between artists, editorial and production.
Update team members when new elements arrive and verify that all provided assets meet project specifications.
Coordinate with the finishing team to oversee QC during final graphics delivery.


Qualifications:
1+ years of coordinating experience in the entertainment / advertising industry
Excellent written and oral communication and organization skills are essential
Excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and consistently deliver high-quality work
Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
Experience with motion graphic and post-production pipelines
Strong working knowledge of digital graphic file formats
Strong working knowledge of Slack, Microsoft Office: Excel & Word. Adobe Acrobat a plus
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, and NLEs a plus, but not required
