This is a Part Time Job
Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Booking & Production Manager, this part-time position is responsible for promotions and other administrative activities as assigned.

Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Social Media
Manage digital accounts - ideate and post content on social media platforms
Contributes to creative social media plans to enhance marketing campaigns
Press
Create press releases
Research different media outlets
Email Marketing
Manages eblasts and monthly newsletters
Ensures audience database is accurate and up to date - assists in email signup issues as needed
Website
Assist in keeping website up to date with upcoming events and blog posts
Maintain ticketing site with accurate information about upcoming events
Miscellaneous
Create weekly to monthly reports illustrating success of marketing efforts and areas of improvement
Assistance at promotional events as needed
Oversees inventory and ordering or branded promotional items
Manages volunteers that participate in event calendar distribution
May assist management in researching different artists
Participate in special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Act as liaison with other internal departments
Qualifications, Education and Experience
A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
Years of related work experience: 1-2
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing copy
Strong visual communication skills, with experience developing graphic and video content
Familiar with Canva
Proficient in Google Suite applications and various social media platforms
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organization and time management skills
Knowledge of music industry preferred
This is a part-time 20 hour per week position
