Job Description
The Repertory Team Leader is a critical member of the Repertory department, responsible for management of inquiries and completion of staff work towards goals.
Responsibilities
• Manage inquires and staff work, working towards department goals
• General research, keeping records up to date, and ensuring adjustments are properly processed
• Support training efforts and coach team members
• Coordinate and contribute to team performance reviews
• Reconcile all matter of copyright related inquiries and participate in training seminars
• Provide regular feedback in regards to progress against goals
Qualifications
and Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (Music Business degree a plus)
• 2 years of experience in publishing or comparable copyright related field
• Some leadership experience preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, organized, and articulate manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint
