Manages advertising and editorial assignments for the agency's artist roster.
Partners with agency's clients and agents to successfully define commissioned project scope, goals and deliverables; set priorities; manage schedules and determine needs.
Is the primary contact between client, photographer, creative teams, crews and vendors providing clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
Maintains a global overview of all artists projects; prioritize production actions and take ownership of production elements through each project lifecycle.
Is a cost negotiator and advisor; accurate estimating and bidding; responsible for budget management, cost reconciliation and final billing.
Writes project estimates in conjunction with agents; deliver estimates to clients; ensure signoff and filling of deal memos/estimates; deliver advance invoices to clients.
Works in conjunction with accounting to traffic all supplier invoices, code agency AMEX to attach job codes to job expenses, reconcile and wrap jobs per agency defined procedures and timelines.
Recommends, sources and secures talent and crews appropriate for creative concept and needs including models, locations, hair stylists, makeup artists, set designers and retouching; confirm all contracts are applied and respected.
Manages all artist travel and travel logistics. Work with Amex Travel wherever possible to maximize Agency miles to create award points for agency sales trips.
Identifies and forges partnerships within the creative industry resulting in new opportunities.
Is client facing on set and in agency sales meetings.
Contributes to the growth of in-house production to result in an increase in production revenue.
Possesses clear, strong communication skills for interactions with artists and clients, is exceptionally organised and has a strong attention to detail.
Is a strong self-starter and has a minimum of 2 years experience in a production role.
