Agent Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Artists & Representatives Talent Agency is seeking a full-time assistant in LA. Previous experience strongly preferred - we are looking for someone with the ability to handle high volume desks.

Ideal candidates will have :
• Professional Entertainment industry experience
• Outstanding people, phone, and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once
• A committed work ethic and the ability to stay calm in high pressure situations
• Working knowledge of Google Products (Gmail, Cal, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge of the In-Entertainment and Breakdown Services (not required, but a big plus)
