Articulate Productions is a boutique communications agency looking to hire an Assistant Account Executive to work directly with the Account Manager and Account Director on the Luxury Spirits team.
Requirements.
Publicity driven with a keen sense of news and trends
Understanding of the North American media market across print, online and broadcast - understand what these outlets require from our brands and help master and craft unique pitches
Must be able to work quickly and effectively
Team player with an ability to envision the big picture while focusing on the details
Excellent written, verbal and diplomatic skills
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 1 year PR experience required
Roles & Responsibilities.
Work alongside Account Manager and Account Director to assist in project work, event activations
and proactive press office in key US markets
Manage internal and external administrative tasks within scope and deadline
Assist with personal tasks for executive team when appropriate
Actively work with team to develop ideas, storylines and pitch angles
Create and circulate press and social clips to clients
Assist in development of creative, results-driven marketing and public relations programs that help accomplish client's overall objectives
Assist in creating client presentations and plans
Ideate on initiatives / partnerships that will secure coverage
Support Account Manager and/or Director on budget maintenance
Manage client weekly updates, meeting notes and calendar appointments
Feed into Articulate Productions social media calendar
Role priorities.
Deliver at minimum agreed upon KPIs for each assigned client
Collaborate with team to enhance the positive and dynamic work environment
Actively attend networking and non-client events to develop new contacts and inspire new ideas
Develop and foster a network of local, regional (and national) media - specifically in epicurean, wines & spirits, luxury lifestyle, sports and music
Strong organizational skills that allow for multitasking and meeting all deadlines
