Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Requirements:
• Prefer NYC based, bicoastal, or LA. Ability to be occasionally in-person in NYC or on set.
• At least 1 year of experience at a talent agency, management company, or similar business venture.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-starting.
• Interest in pursuing a career in producing.
• Experience in development, packaging, and finance.
• Ideal candidate has a strong left and right brain.
• Bonus if interested in fashion, social, and impact.

Duties include:
• Scheduling, inbox organization, and note-taking.
• Talent tracking and lists.
• Script analysis and notes.
• Help producers with development, pre-production, production, post-production, and marketing activities.
• Research projects on talent, festivals and business trends.
• Occasional miscellaneous producer and executive support as needed.
