Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

Artemis Pictures, founded by producer Siena Oberman (Fairyland, Company, The Good Mother), is seeking a part-time assistant to support across scheduling, admin and development. Artemis' films have premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, Venice, SXSW and more. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about business and movies, looking to grow within an entrepreneurial creatively driven company.

Requirements:

• Based in NYC (ability to be occasionally in-person).

• At least 1 year of experience at a talent agency, management company, or similar business venture.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-starting.

• Interest in producing -development, packaging, and finance.

• Ideal candidate has a strong left and right brain. Bonus if interested in fashion, social marketing, and impact.

Duties include:

• Scheduling, inbox organization, and note-taking.

• Creative tracking and lists, and script coverage.

• Research projects on talent, festivals and business trends.

• Occasional production and miscellaneous producer and executive support as needed.
