ArtClass is a team of directors, producers, editors, writers, and designers. We are a bi-coastal production company that creates work ranging from commercials, to series, to films.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant for our busy LA Production team, who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This position is located in Los Angeles and will be hybrid remote, in office and on-set.
In this role you will:
Create Dropbox folders for incoming job leads / pitches
Track all incoming leads from sales reps and referrals
Fill out job bid specs with information gathered from agency/production comms
Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound communication for production team
Coordinate and schedule meetings with Google Calendar in a timely manner
Roll calls for Executive Producer
Take notes on creative and pre-production calls
Anticipate needs and provide administrative support as needed
Handle agency/client needs
Manage travel and itinerary for EPs and directors
Manage treatment teams / Director & Agency calls
Assist production coordinator in holding key Crew (Producer, DP, AD, etc.)
We are excited about you because you are:
An experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience at an agency, management, or entertainment company
Entertainment Industry experience is a requirement. Commmercial production/advertising experience a plus
You have an interest in a career in commercial production and advertising
Self-directed, discreet, highly organized and able to balance competing priorities
Keen attention to detail, strong conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills
Able to work diligently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communicator with a charismatic personality
Hard skills that will go a long way: Google Suite (especially Google Calendar and Google Sheets), Dropbox, Simian, Slack
