Intern, Marketing
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing department with advertising and media partnerships.
Primary (Essential) Duties
• Log advertising proof of performance and invoices
• Complete recaps of corporate partner inclusion in advertising
• Assist with media partner ticket accounts and fulfill ticket requests from partners
• Track website updates for dbacks.com and various email newsletters
• Help with digital advertising as requested
• Submit creative service requests for advertising
• Assist with website updates as needed
• Work with team photographer on photo requests to capture images for advertising
• Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
• Strong interest in marketing and advertising
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must enjoy being involved in several projects with the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Ability to work game nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience/Education Requirements
• Must be a junior, senior, postgraduate student, or within a year post graduation pursuing a degree from an accredited college. (If you do not meet the internship requirements, please do not apply.)
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, maximum 30
