Are you passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to learn what really happens behind the scenes at a talent agency? Arise Artists Agency, a fast-paced and highly collaborative team, is seeking motivated interns for the Spring 2025 semester. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful industry experience while working alongside seasoned agents and coordinators.
We represent clients across several departments, including:
• Adult Theatrical
• Emerging Youth
• Commercial
• Digital Media
• Voice Over
• New Media
• Unscripted
• Celebrity Brand Endorsement
For Spring 2025, we are primarily looking for interns to support our theatrical team, but they will have the opportunity to meet and learn from all departments.
What You'll Learn & Do
• Assist with upkeep and organization of the client roster
• Learn how to send out self-tape appointments to talent
• Watch, evaluate, and approve self-tapes for upload to casting platforms
• Understand and participate in scouting and assessing new talent
• Help organize and maintain our digital databases
• Contribute to casting submissions and talent pitches
• Gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a multi-department talent agency
• Support ongoing projects, administrative tasks, and department needs
What We're Looking For
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Interest in talent representation, casting, or entertainment business operations
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and collaborative mindset (and some humor! We are a very silly team.)

Internship Details
• Location: Los Angeles - Hybrid Schedule
• Mondays and Thursdays are in-office
• Remaining days are remote
• Interns must attend at least one in-office day per week
• Schedule: 8-24 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule
Duration: Spring 2025 semester (exact dates flexible per academic program)
