Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Assistant for our full-service Talent Agency. This role is ideal for someone with aspirations to become a full-time Agent and who is passionate about the Entertainment Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
High Phone Volume
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Talent Agents.
Assist in managing client relationships and facilitating communication between actors and industry professionals.
Coordinate schedules and meetings.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a talent agency or related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for the Entertainment Industry and helping clients achieve their dreams.
Ability to work in-person at our office.
