What We Are Looking For
This position will assist a senior agent in our Talent department, as well as participate in supporting the Agency's top tier roster. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
Duties
Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes
Booking/coordinating travel for premieres, set visits, and client meetings
Generating and managing appointments and self-tape requests
Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
Communicating with high-profile casting directors, studio/network executives, producers, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
Submitting material and tracking clients for television and film projects
Maintaining and tracking expenses
Skills And Qualifications
Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years' of professional experience
Prior agency, casting, and/or management experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience reading and covering scripts is a plus
Experience with Oasis is a plus
