Ant Farm is looking for a talented Motion Graphics and Design Producer with experience in motion graphics production. Experience with managing projects primarily in After Effects and Cinema 4D preferred. This is primarily a management-type position.
A little about the company:
Ant Farm is a full-service marketing studio, creating trailers, experiential engagements, commercials, visual effects, custom sound design, print campaigns, live production, digital content, and more. Our recent projects include campaigns for TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION, EARTH TO ECHO, CALL OF DUTY ADVANCED WARFARE, AMERICAN HUSTLE, SERENA, TOMS SHOES, WOLF OF WALL STREET, DISNEY, MARVEL, MICROSOFT XBOX and much more.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitating the creation of motion graphics and design for theatrical trailers, commercials, experiential events (such as the E3 gaming conference) and more.
- Working with clients and other producers to determine their needs and the best solutions.
- Managing a team of talented and experienced graphic artists, who are working on a number of simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.
- Collaborating/communicating with other producers, creative directors, and editors, in order to prioritize and delegate work to your creative staff.
- Maintaining project schedules and occasionally assisting in managing budgets and hiring freelance artists.
- Managing quality control and coordinating final project deliveries.
Strengths we'd need to see:
- Organization. Projects often have a LOT of small facets that need to stay straight and require very careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others, in addition to a sunny disposition and good attitude.
Other requirements:
- Basic technical knowledge (compressing various video codecs, uploading to FTP servers, using OSX, etc.).
- Minimum three years motion graphics or similar post production experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
Bonuses we'd love to see:
- Basic operational After Effects knowledge (text tool, rendering, etc.)
- Passion for film and advertising
Great company and benefits.
