This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for an experienced Assistant to the Co-Heads of the Media Rights department who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. We are open to applicants who reside in either New York or California. At this time, the role is in-person five days a week, based out of either our Culver City or New York office.
In this role you will:
Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound aspects, including scheduling, note-taking, rolling calls, deal-tracking, maintaining expense reports, handling of payments and legal paperwork (i.e.,contract signatures, maintaining databases and records, payment tracking etc.)
Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings are scheduled in a timely manner
Handle complex scheduling on behalf of clients as well
Submit client materials
Have opportunities for creative input and development beyond the administrative side
We are excited about you because you:
Are an experienced Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience at an agency, management, or entertainment company
Are interested in a career in Media Rights and a desire to be proactive in pursuing relationships and opportunities for the department
Are genuinely passionate and interested in reading and analyzing material
Are highly organized and able to balance competing priorities
Have a keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong time management skills and possess the capability to be self-directed, but also maintain a friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Share a genuine curiosity in Media Rights and strong willingness to learn and ask questions
