Assistant to Chief Operating Officer

This is a Full Time Job

We are looking for an experienced Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This is located in our Culver City office, and, at this time, this role is in office five days per week.

In this role you will:

You will be the preliminary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the COO that include: calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, managing and submitting expense reports, etc.
Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings and tasks are scheduled and handled in a timely manner
Collaborate with the entire Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, etc.) to ensure that all needs are being met and communicated
Project analysis
Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the COO's daily activities.
Serve as liaison between the COO and other departments as directed

An experienced Assistant who has spent a minimum of 1-2 years at an agency, management, or entertainment company
You have an interest in a career in the Entertainment industry
Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
Brings an established network and strong working knowledge of senior executives in the entertainment industry
Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage high volume, as well as your own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
Excellent communicator
The successful candidate is mature, principled, and discreet
Passion for reading material and strong creative acumen. This is a very demanding and fast-paced work environment. It will require someone who can prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and be a flexible team player with a positive attitude
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Ability to prioritize needs on the go and exhibits a strong sense of follow through
