Assistant to CFO

Full Time Job
We are looking for an experienced Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to grow within the Finance & Accounting team at Anonymous Content.

In this role you will:
• Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound aspects for the CFO, including coordinating, scheduling, note-taking, rolling calls, payment tracking, travel & IT approvals, etc.
• Assist with accounting close processes and finance processes
• Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings are scheduled in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the entire Finance and Accounting department to reach set goals
• Maintain systems that will assist the CFO in remaining up-to-date on multiple projects and initiatives that the team will be spearheading
