We are looking for an experienced Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Development overseeing scripted programming for Anonymous Content Studios. This position will be located in our Culver City office. At this time, this role is hybrid, both in office and work from home (days in-office to be determined by supervisor/department head).
In this role you will:
• Be the preliminary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the Executive Vice President, Development that include: calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, managing and submitting expense reports, etc.
• Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings and tasks are scheduled and handled in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the entire Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with other departments (People/HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, and Operations) to ensure that the Studio needs are being met and communicated
• Build processes and systems that will assist the Executive Vice President, Development in running the creative slate of the company across multiple projects and initiatives that the team will be spearheading

• An experienced Assistant who has spent a minimum of 1-2 years at an agency, management, or entertainment company
• Interested in a career as Creative Executive or Producer
• Intuitive, self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
• Attentive to detail, with strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Able to manage up and one's own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• An excellent communicator
• A college graduate with a bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
