Entertainment/Celebrity Public Relations Agency seeking smart, savvy, outgoing and energetic assistant to join a fast paced and growing team of publicists for an amazing ASSISTANT POSITION at a mid-size PR company, located in the heart of West Hollywood. Candidate must be love pop culture, film, TV and all aspects of the world of entertainment and branding.

TV/Film/actor/Hollywood centric and pop culture oriented. Dealing with talent agents, talent managers, new rising star tracking, new actor meetings, heavy emails/phones/scheduling involving all aspects of PR for the CEO, interacting with busy office employees and great office computer skills a MUST!''

Candidate MUST also have AT LEAST 6 months experience in some aspect of Entertainment (PR, agency or management). Internships acceptable if have 6 months consecutive. Also applicants must own a car, live in LA and be ready to start ASAP!

Must be extremely organized, a self-starter, very bright, love a busy environment, be team-oriented and be a real ''people person!!'' Also, candidate must truly desire a career in entertainment and love pop culture, working with actors and personalities. ENTRY LEVEL position salary with full health benefits after 3 months. This position is very someone extremely focused, dedicated and ready to embark on a real career. It's a SUPER busy environment. Need someone with high energy.

Duties include: tracking emails, scheduling owners busy life, helping with new client meetings, interacting with the rest of office, updating client information, tracking new clients and lunches, super busy office!! Salary is entry level. Computer skills a MUST!
