Fall Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Amsel, Eisenstadt, Frazier & Hinojosa, Inc. is seeking exceptional, passionate, and motivated interns to work at one of LA's premier boutique talent agencies. Positions available starting ASAP through September for the Fall 2024 semester to work directly under theatrical/commercial agents. This internship serves as an intermediate course in the entertainment industry. Qualified candidates will be punctual, reliable, organized, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment business or law.

Internship duties include but are not limited to the following:

Plan, coordinate and manage schedules of executives and A-list clients
Conduct research on production companies for scripted, unscripted, commercials, social media and video game productions and more
Run daily administrative tasks for a talent agent such as preparing breakdowns, submissions, and pitching
Monitor offers that come in on a daily basis and evaluate potential
Redline and draft contracts for deals in the tens to hundreds of thousands
Update client materials, reels, bios, and more
Create pitch decks on assigned topics
script coverage
Liaise with producers, managers, actors, and business partners on a daily basis

Positions are in-person (mandatory) at our office in Los Angeles (located at Wilshire/Highland), 2.5-3 days a week. Part time (16-24 hours a week) and unpaid. School credit is available where applicable.
